ABOUT

Opened in 1881 as Jungkind, selling art supplies, sundries, and pharmaceuticals.  In 1896 Jungkind also started selling cameras.  In 1996 Kodak celebrated their 100th anniversary and Jungkind's 100th year of selling Kodak products.     

In 1997 ART Outfitters became the continuation of Jungkind's art products division, while the rest of the Jungkind legacy was eventually shut down.

Currently, ART Outfitters is a brick and mortar artist supply store, locally owned, employing local people, outfitting artists as best we can.
